<\/figure>\n\n\n\nI graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lodz, and from that period, apart from the knowledge package from the university and experience from the law firm, I was left with a love for Lodz and wonderful memories. During my studies, learning itself was not enough for me, because I always liked to engage in additional activities<\/strong>, meet people and use my organizational skills. Hence the long-term and intensive activity in the European Law Students' Association ELSA Poland. Apart from the fact that it gave me fantastic relationships and unique skills, it allowed me from the beginning to look differently at the activities of a lawyer - also from the business and marketing side, which is completely ignored in studies, and it is not much better in bar apprenticeship.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n I completed my bar apprenticeship at the Pozna\u0144 bar Association of Attorneys-at-law, and it was here that I developed professionally the most, initially working in a boutique law firm where I had the opportunity for the first time to conduct ongoing client service with foreign capital, participate in due diligence<\/em> and extremely developmental transactional projects. Armed with new skills, I moved for several years to the Pozna\u0144 office of a law firm operating as part of one of the Big Four (i.e. to a corporation :) ). This was a very big change and an extremely valuable time for me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n On a daily basis, I dealt with assisting entrepreneurs<\/strong>, including foreign clients, advising also in English<\/strong>. The main area of my activity was corporate matters, including broadly understood business reorganizations, establishment and liquidation of companies <\/strong>and branches of foreign entrepreneurs, due diligence , internal agreements, all kinds of changes in the National Court Register<\/strong>... Quite a lot of it has accumulated. \ud83d\ude42 When working with business, there were also issues related to labor law. I was also very lucky to be a member of the team dealing with personal data protection<\/strong>, including conducting GDPR audits and implementations<\/strong>, as well as advising on issues related to the provision of services electronically, including in e-commerce<\/strong>, and I quickly realized that these are the topics closest to my legal heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n There was a lot going on, intensively, interestingly, internationally and in the best team, but after a few years, naturally, the time came for changes and work closer to local clients. The return to local law firms in Pozna\u0144 was interesting because for the first time I performed my duties as an experienced attorney-at-law. This was another opportunity to learn about new organizational cultures, as well as ways of working in various specializations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For a long time, the idea of \"going solo\" has been growing within me, so that I could transform the skills and knowledge I have gained over the years into my own business and closer relationships with clients, which are especially important to me. I am glad that these plans and dreams have become a reality, and today I can directly offer legal assistance in a way that suits me best and which \u2013 I firmly believe \u2013 is attractive to clients. <\/p>\n\n\n\n I value a partnership-based relationship and openness, because that way it\u2019s easier to navigate difficult issues, and we will often be dealing with such matters.
